MARIO Framework, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) owns and operates the https://marioeducation.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).This Service is for educators to learn more about the MARIO Framework and support them with training in the MARIO Framework. We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

While using our Service, we will ask you to provide personal information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). We request the following: * Email address to send notifications and news. * First name and last name to personalize notifications and news.

* School or Organization to personalize notifications and news.

* Job Role(s) to ensure best course fit

If you would like to review or delete your information or opt out of our services please contact us at [email address].[Add data collection as it pertains to GoReact.] We offer training support through a third-party, GoReact, which hosts videos made by educators of interaction with students in the classroom. If an educator registers for training, we collect the following: [fill in data collected]. We seek full verifiable parental consent for any students depicted in teaching videos. Videos on GoReact are deleted seven (7) days after an assignment is completed by an educator using the training service. No other personal information of a child is shared with GoReact.

We automatically collect some data to operate our service.

Retention of Data —————–

MARIO Framework, LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with our Service. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data includes information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We collect location data. MARIO Framework, LLC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is retained to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service.

We provide training services with third-party provider GoReact. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We do not collect any of your payment details when you sign up for our training service. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. The payment processors we work with are:
