If you would like to review or delete your information or opt out of our services please contact us at [email protected] We offer training support through a third-party, GoReact, which hosts videos made by educators of interaction with students in the classroom. If an educator registers for training that includes GoReact, no personally identifiable student information is included.We seek full verifiable parental consent for any students depicted in teaching videos. Videos on GoReact are deleted seven (7) days after an assignment is completed by an educator using the training service. No other personal information of a child is shared with GoReact. GoReact is not used directly on the www.marioframework.com website, but instead as part of the training course. We automatically collect some data to operate our service.

Retention of Data

MARIO Education will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with our Service. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data includes information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and unique device identifiers. We collect location data on a country level. MARIO Framework, LLC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is retained anonymously and includes no identifiable data. This Usage Data is kept to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service.

Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used. We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.

• Jetpack Jetpack is a web analytics service offered by Automattic that tracks and reports website traffic. Automattic uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service solely for our purpose.

Payments

We provide training services with third-party provider GoReact. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We do not collect any of your payment details when you sign up for our training service. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. The payment processors we work with are:

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar technologies to track the activity on our Service. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.
